Karate is an ancient martial art that was originally developed for people to use to defend themselves against attack. Today Karate is still a martial art but it has developed with modern time so there is a lot of fun things to do such as competitions, and enjoying exercising your body, as well as developing discipline, respect and a learning little bit of Japanese culture

How do I Start?

To find a club to start training simply go to our about- section and click on “related clubs” and you may find a club near you. Alternitivly, if you prefer, email us via the contact-pages and we will send you information on the closest club to you.

Once you have found a club you can ether call the instructor or simple go along in comfortable clothing at the appropriate time and venue ready to enjoy your first class.
